Data Deletion
Your options for removing your data from Persequor.
Option 1 — Disconnect a single integration (self-service)
To remove data we've pulled from a specific connected account (Meta, Google Ads, or Shopify) without deleting your whole Persequor account:
- Sign in to Persequor.
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Disconnect next to the platform.
Disconnecting revokes our access token immediately and queues deletion of the data pulled from that integration. Deletion completes within 90 days, per Meta Platform Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Option 2 — Delete your entire Persequor account
- Sign in to Persequor.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
This revokes all connected OAuth tokens and deletes your workspace, ad-account data, leads, orders, and analytics events within 90 days.
Option 3 — Email request
If you cannot sign in or prefer to request deletion directly, email privacy@persequor.ai from the address on your Persequor account. Include:
- The email address on the account.
- Whether you want to delete a single integration or the whole account.
- (Optional) The Meta user ID or ad account ID if you're only asking us to purge Meta-sourced data.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days (90 days max for encrypted backups).
What gets deleted
- OAuth access tokens and integration records.
- Ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and daily spend data we pulled from Meta / Google Ads.
- Shopify orders we pulled via webhook.
- Tracking pixel events, sessions, leads, and touchpoints tied to your workspace.
- Your Persequor profile, organization, and workspace (for full-account deletions).
We retain only the minimum we are legally required to keep (billing records for tax purposes, anonymized aggregate usage metrics) for the statutory retention period.
Revoking access on Meta's side
You can also revoke Persequor's access to your Facebook/Instagram data directly from your Meta account settings:
Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Persequor → Remove.
This immediately invalidates our access token. The data we had already pulled will still be in Persequor until deleted via one of the options above.
