Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Persequor (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Persequor provides an ad-attribution analytics platform that ingests advertising, ecommerce, and web-analytics data from your connected accounts (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopify) and presents unified reporting in a dashboard.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are using the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

3. Your data and connected accounts

You retain all rights to the data you or your connected accounts provide to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant Persequor a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to connect any third-party account and share the data it contains.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or the terms of a connected platform (including Meta Platform Terms, Google Ads API Terms, and TikTok for Business Developer Terms).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.
  • Upload malware or engage in conduct that disrupts other users.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as described at signup. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice effective at your next renewal.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Persequor does not guarantee that attribution data is complete or accurate — third-party platforms may change their APIs, delay data, or stop reporting without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERSEQUOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID TO PERSEQUOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. PERSEQUOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
